Bear River

The other morning, I took a wander out to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge to see what there was to see.  Though we had been enjoying pretty nice weather, this morning turned out to be overcast and a bit rainy.  There wasn't a ton going on, but I did see a few herons, some hawks, lots of red winged blacked birds and about a bazillion swans.  The light wasn't fantastic and the birds were content to hang out far out on the water, so the photo ops weren't fantastic, but it was still fun to get out.

The Ice Castles

The other night I had the opportunity to take a trip up to Midway, UT to check out the Ice Castles.  I took my favorite shooting buddy with me and we had a great time.  Here's a few of my favorite shots.

Bones

Last week, I was in Oklahoma City for work.  We had a couple of spare hours one day so we looked for something local to shoot.  We came across the Museum of Osteology and decided we had to check it out.  It was well worth it!
