We had the opportunity to spend four days in a yurt for Christmas this year.
Michelle, Rebecca and I snowshoed in. Peter and Samantha cross country skied.
Though it was cold outside, the wood-burning stove kept things nice and toasty inside the yurt.
We brought colored paper with us to build our own Christmas Stockings.
We also brought along some solar powered Christmas lights and decorated a tree.
It wouldn't be Christmas without new pajamas.
The kids had a great time tubbing on the trails.
There was plenty of snow for playing.
They are so peaceful when they are asleep. . . .
Santa even manged to find us.
The Uno and Phase 10 cards got well used. We even worked on a puzzle for a while.
