This past week, I was in Las Vegas for work. I usually try to get out to the desert to do some shooting while in Vegas, and this time was not exception. The last night we were there, the skies were finally clear, so I headed out with a few friends to shoot some stars. Shooting stars with the almost full moon can be tricky. The upside is that the moon really brought out the color of the rocks.
And, just for fun, here's a black and white version.
