A while back, my friend Teresa introduced me to a cool book called "25 Projects To Improve Your Photography". It is an older book, written around film photography, but it is still very relevant in today's digital world. Well, my daughter and I decided that it would be fun to work through the projects together this year. The plan is to do one project every other week. The first project is about paper. Yup, paper. The idea is to capture some of the properties and qualities of paper in an image. Here's a few of my attempts.
Images were taken with the Canon 7D and the Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens.
I also used my Manfrotto tripod, Radio Poppers, and my Lumipro LP160 Speedlights.
Amazing work on these Jeff! Great subject, excellent light control, nice texture... really nice series.
