The other morning, I spent a bit of time out at Farmington Bay, seeing what there was to see. I was happy to see that there were more Bald Eagles than the last couple of times I was there, but they stayed far enough out on the ice that I didn't get any amazing images. So, I spent my time watching the herons that were hanging out. I sat and watched this guy for a good bit, hoping that he'd get hungry and do a little fishing. I wasn't disappointed.
