Guest Post - Box Elder County Floods

Today's post is a contribution from my son, Pete.  He's working on his photography merit badge for scouts and one of the requirements is to document an event through a series of images.  He thought that the current flooding we are experiencing in our area would be a good subject.  I think he did a pretty decent job.

Shapes and Patterns in California

A few weeks ago, I was in California for work.  While there, I had an afternoon to kill, so I met up with my friend Dale, and we went for a wander around Downtown Disney.

A Brief Wander Around Ogden

My daughter, Sam is taking a photography class this semester and has weekly assignments to work on.  Last week her assignment was to shoot Industrial Landscapes.  So, we took a couple of hours one afternoon and wandered Ogden in search of some industry.  It was a good time.

Eagles

It is getting a little late in the season for Bald Eagles around here and I haven't had much time to get out and chase them.  Well, this weekend I had a couple of opportunities to get out.  It was a productive couple of trips.
