This past week, I spent a few days in Kansas for work. As you may guess, Kansas in February is cold. We had a little bit of time to shoot one afternoon, so we decided to head out and see what we could find to shoot. It was a cold, grey, day and we were faced with pretty un-remarkable light with no sky and little contrast. However, these conditions, combined with piles of fresh snow, made for a great opportunity to capture some minimalist images.
