Light Painting at the Sun Tunnels

Saturday night some friends and I headed way out West to the Sun Tunnels to do some light painting.  To get to the Sun Tunnels, you head out to the middle of nowhere, then head South and East a bit.  The tunnels are a pretty unique art installation that's been out there for about 35 years.  They are 9 feet tall and 13 feet long.  The cool part about them is that they are lined up so that the sun will rise and set through them during the Summer and Winter solstice.  I'm gonna have to plan a trip back out there next June for the solstice.

Images were created using the Canon 1D Mk IV and the Canon 14mm f/2.8L ll lens.
