You may have heard something about a super moon over the past few days. Well, I took the opportunity to head out with a friend last night for the big event. Of course, it was cloudy all day and didn't look like it was going to break up. Well, on the small chance that we'd get lucky we found our spot and set up the cameras to see what would play out. We got lucky, use as the moon started to peak over the horizon, a small band of clouds broke up long enough for us to get some shots. I love the trees on the ridge-line and the bits of clouds moving across the moon. As quickly as the clouds broke up, they came back and the moon was gone. Good stuff.
