Not Quite a Full Moon Rising

On the night before the super moon, I met up with another friend and we headed up the canyon to see what we could get. Because it was a day earlier, the moon came up about 45 minutes earlier so there was still a lot of sun going on. The images of the moon coming up through the horizon and haze weren't anything too exciting. I do really like the first image, however. I love the layers created by the landscape and the haze in the sky. Good stuff. The second and third images were taken on our way back down the canyon.
